Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange.
